- Median values within the city of Santa Fe have risen dramatically since 2001. According to the MLS, Santa Fe Association of Realtors, values grew:
- 1st Qtr 2002: 166 sold, median price $316,432
1st Qtr 2001: 165 sold, median price $214,500
We also see more folks investing in the city limits around Santa Fe. Sales in Santa Fe County jumped 35 percent while city sales are flat. This makes good sense, as you can invest in more Santa Fe County land with views for less money. Santa Fe MLS median price for Santa Fe County homes is $252,036 for 1st quarter 2002.
